Minimal, but lacing head. Aroma has some ginger, as does the flavor, combined with a dry malt flavor. Minimal hops and an odd palate that leaves a sort of coating of ginger and lingering dryness with ginger remaining

Samuel Adams Ginger Beer brewed by Boston Beer Company, with an ABV of 6.00% This Spiced brew pours out a deep golden amber color with a small white head. The head to this brew goes away fast, there is also some nice spotty lacing, to this brew. The smell is rich with ginger, and other spices. You also pick up on some nice sweet grains and malts in the smell. Hops are present in the smell but faint. This is a nice inviting brew. Now for the taste, it is bold and spicy with flavors. You first pick up on the zesty ginger spices then the smooth grains and malts. I like how the spices hit the tongue. The body of Ginger Beer is a soild medium. There is nothing overpowering about this brew, it has a real nice balance to it. It is hard to pick up on the 6.00% ABV in this brew, it is just that smooth. If you are not a fan of Spicy brews then, this would not be a brew for you. The spices add a nice touch to this brew. The mouth feel is Spicy, Ginger, Clean, Smooth, and Refreshing. Overall I'm giving Samuel Adams Ginger Beer a 4.25 out of 5. I would look this brew up again givin the chance to. Boston Beer Company (Samuel Adams), did a super nice job with this spice brew.

Ginger beer pours a copper color with very little head. Mellow arOmaha with ginger. Taste is lighter and bright, with creamy ginger notes. Good body and feel. Overall not bad if you like ginger.
