Four types of West Coast hops add bold notes of pine and juicy grapefruit to this deep golden wheat ale, for a crisp flavor that’s a refreshing escape from winter’s lingering chill.

Pours cloudy dark golden color with white head. Aromas of wheat, grass, and citrus. Wheat and lemon flavors with some grapefruit and grass. The grapefruit is what put this one off for me, not a huge fan of grapefruits from my hops.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a glossy sort of pale dark yellow color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a moderate pace. Slight filmy yet speckled lace ran here and there down the glass fairly nice.
The aroma had some sweet freshly cut grass with some grapefruit sweet to rind-like character and then some paper. Light pine came in slightly to amplify the balance.
The flavor was moderately sweet with a slight sturdy balance of the bitterness of the pine. Mild aftertaste of the pine and citrus and once again, paper.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt fine. Nice crisp pine-like bite leading into the finish.
Overall, not bad as an American pale wheat ale, there's not much wheat in this, but also, I have to admit, I'm not sure where I got the "paper" in the aroma and flavor but honestly, I didn't mind that.
