Poured into a Sam Adam's Perfect Pint glass.

Appearance
Brownish amber with a 1/2 finger of head that dissipates pretty quickly. Just a tad hazy. low-moderate carbonation.

Nose
Tangy wheat, caramel, bread and clove.

Taste
Tangy wheat and banana peal. Lighter notes of banana bread and plantains. Very light essence of clove.

Mouthfeel
Light-medium bodied, crisp, clean and refreshing.

Overall
The wheat really outshines all the other elements in this beer. Very mellow and easy drinking, however it is lacking flavor. Average at best.

Appearance: Light chestnut; cloudy with sediment; medium, frothy head, long lasting with good lacing; effervescent

Aroma: Malty; wheat yeast; bready

Taste: Thin and juicy on start; slight wheat beer flavor, but seems artificial; thin throughout, but refreshing

Remarks: Did not score A, T, S, M at that time; disregard those scores
