Of the NA beers I've had, Sam Adams is by far the best. As a beer (with alcohol) it would not be especially stunning, but what is notable is that it does not have that characteristic NA flavor. It's the closest NA beer I've had to regular beer flavor. So--if you want NA, it's the way to go.

This Sam Adams NA IPA is a wonderful treat. It packs a big, juicy, tropical punch in the smell and the taste. It isn't overly-hopped, but has a nice, satisfying tartness. Super drinkable, and a great choice if you have cut out the sauce for good, or just want to try something different.

Pours appropriately hazy, golden amber beer. Good head retention for a NA! Big hoppy nose offering tropical fruity notes, right on style. Pretty darn good taste as well: maybe just a touch of graininess I wouldn't expect in a normal beer, but otherwise it's square on a NE IPA style. Good body with lots of carbonation. NA's have really improved the last few years. Last time I was drinking them regularly was about a decade ago, and the choices of good ones were slim. Now, there's a wealth of choices.

A delicious beer for a summer afternoon. A little bite, notes of citrus, good mouthfeel. As any decent hazy IPA, it walks that line between bitter hops and citrus tart. It seems a little more carbonated than most beers, too, which adds to the experience of drinking it. A very worthy contender in the NA scene.

Can. White head with lace. Hazy orange gold color.
This is one of the better NAs out there. This tastes like a real hazy ipa. Juicy and tropical. Lots of melon, peach, and mango. Some orange and pineapple too. Hoppy, light bitterness. Super drinkable.

Non-alcoholic beer is an oxymoron, but I was curious and this is my first foray into the genre. It looks like beer with its hazy body & modest white head. It does have a slight hoppy aroma. There is some hop flavor but that’s it. No wheat, no malt, no complexity. Feels like a soda. Overall: it’s just hop flavored soda water.
