Pours a sunny golden color with white head and lasting lacing.
Smells of herbal hops and perhaps some pale malt.
A perfectely balanced taste between herbal hops and honey touched malt. A very complex tasting pils as the start, middle and finish are all very different. The start and middle are dominated by the herbal hops with the almost honey tasting pale malt keeping the beer from being too bitter in the finish...yummmm.
The body is light with medium carbonation. The drinkability is very high.
Overall, this is a home run for SA. Complex taste in a pils with perfect balance and great drinkability. SA would do well to keep this as the spring offering and replace the less than stellar White Ale.

"Best by 4/4/24"; drank 11/18/23 @ the Yarchives.
See-through pale yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big eggshell-colored head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lacing remained.
Fresh corn, mild caramel & faint skunky notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Sweet corn, mild caramel & faint skunky flavors.
Drinkable but I don't care for that light skunkiness.

Pours hazy golden-straw color with a good fizzy white head that doesn't last long, not much lacing, light grassy and flowery aromas. Bready and grainy mild sweetness turns hoppy and bitter with some dryness in the finish. Light bodied with a soft but crisp carbonated mouthfeel, very clean and crisp, very nice.
