Samuel Adams® Noble Pils is brewed with all 5 Noble hops for a distinct hop character and fresh taste. Deep golden in color with a citrusy hop aroma, Samuel Adams Noble Pils is a traditional Bohemian Pilsner. The honeyed malt character from traditional Bohemian malt is balanced by delicate yet pronounced citrus, floral, and piney notes from the Noble hops. 12oz bottle from the Hop Tour case – Imperial Nonic Pint glass
A: A mammoth cap of course white suds adorns the top of my glass staying for some time. Covers over a pale caramel amber body with very fine clarity. Leaves behind some broken runners of sticky lace upon each sip.
S: Spice hops dominate the nose with a good mix of grassy hops and grainy pilsner malt. Somewhat wheat like with a doughy bread and almost pretzel like quality. There is a touch of pine and citrus there as well with some earthy minerals. Nice and spicy hop forward nose.
T: Tastes of bread, spice, and florals with a nice upper level of hoppiness overall. Dry grass and peppery spices mix with some grainy bread moving towards a much dryer soda cracker like finish. Dash of citrus spice. No signs of alcohol come through in the flavor and there is a slight metallic tinge on the finish. More mineral like I guess. Otherwise this is a very nice and hoppy Pils with good balance to it.
M: Lightly filling to moderate low body with a nice peppery bitterness and creamy consistency to it. Finishes out a bit wet and watered down although there is a nice dry crisp snap there.
D: Tasty beer. A very refreshing Pils with a nice hop bite on it. One of the BBC’s better concoctions. A real noble effort I must say…hmm bwhahaha

"Best by 4/4/24"; drank 11/18/23 @ the Yarchives.
See-through pale yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big eggshell-colored head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lacing remained.
Fresh corn, mild caramel & faint skunky notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Sweet corn, mild caramel & faint skunky flavors.
Drinkable but I don't care for that light skunkiness.

Pours hazy golden-straw color with a good fizzy white head that doesn't last long, not much lacing, light grassy and flowery aromas. Bready and grainy mild sweetness turns hoppy and bitter with some dryness in the finish. Light bodied with a soft but crisp carbonated mouthfeel, very clean and crisp, very nice.
