Light golden color with white cap.

Aroma of mild malt and floral, citrusy hops which together give off a slight honeyed sweetness.

Taste is malt driven on entry with hop sharpness blooming mid palate leading to a tingly hop bitterness in the aftertaste.

Medium texture with enough body for the style.

A likable, approachable personality without a lot of depth. This is a thrust quenching crowd pleaser that is recognizably above average without making any demands, a plain vanilla pilsner as it were. There's enough complexity to make it interesting but not enough to excite much comment. A genial food accompaniment that I would give to a white wine fan who wanted to try a beer.

Light yellow color, substantial clarity and a head that hits that full inch range and white in color. Aroma was noble and almost sorachi like lemon smells.

Taste was obscured by a high amount of carbonation, giving this a fizzy interior it didn't need. Its dry and bitter, but even for style, the carbonation seemed to get in the way of the noble hop flavors.

Pours translucent golden yellow with a one inch head that remains as a cap on top and leaves curtains of lace. Grainy cream corn smell with just a hint of hop aroma. The taste is more hop forward but is balanced with biscuit bread malt. The texture is fizzy and easy drinking.

L: Clear golden yellow. The off white head dissipates quickly.

S: Not much aroma. Bready, some floral, grassy smell.

T: Follows nose butwith a lot of flavor and with a bit of citrus in there. Nice dry finish.

F: Crisp and smooth. I could drink these all day.

O: Really a fine easy drinking beer. I wish they'd offer these by itself or had a spring mix with just this the scotch ale and cold snap.

Pours clear yellow with a frothy white foam head. Smells like biscuity honey malt, lemony citrus, with floral earthy piney grass. Tastes like fresh piney grass, sweet biscuity honey malt, lemony citrus, with floral earthy herbs. Feels light-medium bodied, creamy with moderate carbonation. Overall a nice and balanced pilsner.

It has a golden color with a foamy head. It smells a little citric and has a hint of IPA taste. I smell malt too. I would say it has a dry body. It is drinkable

Grassy, citrus, herbs, orange rind, perfect outside picnic beer. Gorgeous clear golden-amber color, smell of malt and floral hops. Taste of hops and citrus, but it's balanced by floral tones. Clear, refreshing mouthfeel.

APPEARANCE: Clear and golden with medium level of slowly rising bubbles. 1 finger of off white head that fades fairly quickly and leaves a ring on top of the beer. Minor lacing down the glass.
AROMA: Some citrus, sweet malt, grassy/grainy, lemony and very slight pine.
TASTE: Lots of sweet toasty malt, but balanced really well with some spiciness from the hops. Some citrus in the background.
FEEL: Overall, dry from front to back. Perfect carbonation. Medium body.
OVERALL: Just a pleasure to drink. Sweet and spicy.

Pours an almost crystal clear gold, with a foamy white top. Getting some resin hops, and sulfur for an aroma. Bleh. The taste is rather smooth and pleasant despite the aroma. A little hoppy, with some malts. Still a funny after taste. The bottle is within a month too boot. Mouth feel is smooth and filling. It doesn't feel like water. This is perhaps the best attribute of this beer.Overall, to be blunt, I'm not a fan.

Served in a 12oz snifter.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is yeasty. The taste is stale bread with a buttery texture. I did not appreciate this beer.

Enjoy by July 2016. 12oz bottle poured into a pilsener glass. Pours a bright golden with great clarity and transparency with bubbles racing upwards; chunky eggshell white head that sticks around leaving great retention and sticky lacing. Looks great. The aromas are subtle with floral with some cracker notes. The flavors are floral as well with some citrus notes. Hints of pine as well. Slightly earthy with some fresh grass. It's sweet with a touch of hop flavor. Some black pepper in the mix. It's not too bitter, but it has a subtle bitterness. Alcohol obviously goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is light with active carbonation. It's smooth, fluffy with a nice creaminess. Very quaffable.

This is a solid pilsener. It might not be my personal favorite, but it's nice and enjoyable. It's refreshing and would be nice during the warm weather.

Poured bottle into pilsner glass. Dull hay color. Very little head, some lace.

Smells of citrus fruit, mostly of the non-orange variety.

Tastes of hops floral and pine. Bit of honey, then malt.

Mouth is fine, if a little gooey.

Was not overly enthused at the honey malt/hop combo here. Overall, inoffensive, but not much to write home about. Last try from a six-variety cabin pack, and def my least favorite of the bunch. Fans of the style will likely find more to love here.

L- clear golden color with thin white head.
S- lots of citrus
T- mild taste, slightly hoppy but not really bitter so I like that. Citrus and hops. Not too complex.
F- easy drinker, could enjoy another few of these no problem. Seems like this will be a good spring beer.
O- good go to pils. Easy drinker, not too complex so nothing to really dislike. Nothing special either.

A good hoppy beer. This was my first hoppy beer. Thought it was too menthol but eventually couldn't get enough. Led to trying ZD and branching out to other beer.

This beer pours a clear straw color with a small, sustaining head and excellent lacing. The aroma is primarily biscuity, with a touch of white pepper, mustard, and oddly yam. The flavor is fully of rich biscuit tones, with mild bitterness, and background notes of white pepper, mustard, and cumin. The mouthfeel is fresh with medium carbonation, with just enough fullness to round out the flavor. Overall this is a superbly balanced pilsner with sparkling bright flavors.

Clear pale golden straw in color with a finger of white head. Aroma is toasted malts and hints of hops. Taste is all malts. A touch of sweetness but mostly toast and crackers and a faint bitterness lingering in the finish. Light body and moderate carbonation. Overall a pretty decent pilsner, very clean with the malts malt flavored and aromas in the forefront.

L: Very clear golden color, with a medium sized head that is creamy and slowly dissipates, with a good curtain of lacing on the glass. A very nice looking pilsener.

A: Citrus including lemon and orange, floral hops and a little pine, some honeyed malts. Some good aromas, but none quite stand out from the other.

T: Honeyed malt, nice floral hops, some piney hops. The citrus in the aroma doesn't really stand out in the flavor as it did in the aroma. A nice pleasant light bitterness in the finish.

F: Clean, crisp and very easy drinking.

O: This beer has a lot going for a Pils but it is quite good.

Pours clear gold with 3 fingers of moderately lasting, white head & nice lacing. Aroma & taste light biscuity malt, lemon, mild honey. Floral, citrus & grass (in that order) hop background & nicely bitter. A very nice crisp and hoppy pale lager with a fine dry finish. Very drinkable & refreshing.

A - Pours a crystal clear golden color with 1 1/2 finger head. Lacing notable.

S - A lot going on with the nose for this beer. Although fairly dominated with varying hops, the "honeyed malts" as described for the beer are equally as prominent for me. Very well blended in my opinion all in all.

T - Hmm... a little bit of everything it appears? The honey malts and citrus hops are noted instantly. Quickly followed with the piney hops then proceeds the floral notes, lemongrass, pepper and other spices perhaps as well as the lingering flavor of honey. Good, interesting and confusing taste!

M - Medium bodied beer, not too overwhelming with carbonation. Fairly crisp taste with an aftertaste of hops.

O - An interesting and very unique beer - fairly complex yet enjoyable blend of hops! The honeyed malts are my favorite note.
