I have sat on this beer for a bit and now I am going to review it. Poured into a perfect pint glass at 45 degree.
Appearance: A one finger head that is foamy and bubbly with a light off white color. The retention on the head is okay and it does leave a little lacing on the glass. The color of the beer is a pale yellow color with some amber hues. The clarity of the beer is clear with quite a bit of carbonation. Overall the appearance of the beer is average, nothing special.
Nose: A moderate fruity aroma, no alcohol aroma, and a light fresh hop. Citrus notes are the most dominate aroma, oranges, lemons zest, and a hint of grapefruit. Some fruity esters and no pine notes in the hop profile. Overall the nose is average, nothing to make it stand out.
Taste: The taste is hoppy with light citrus flavors, grassy, yeasty, musty, grapefruity, and biscuit overtones. The taste is off putting the grassy flavors dominate the palate and makes this beer a different drinking experience. Some sourness is detected with some barnyard notes. Overall the flavor profile is different.
The mouth feel of the beer is carbonated, dry, and astringent.
Overall: The body of the beer is light and the finish on the beer medium. I have drank this beer twice; age on it does not make it any better or worse. I think that these are quick construction beer and need more thought. A rustic siason fits this beer well.

A bright yellow, glowing, good clarity, almost a full inch of white head. A little belgian aroma, not over the top.
Hits those yeast notes, stays away from clove and spice rack. Good lemon tart vibe. Crisp, well carbonated. Reliable and sessionable with plenty of flavor, exceeded expectations.
