Pours a clear orange color with a white head a little less than a finger thick. Head faded away rapidly. Smells of lemon, tart, a little grain. Taste is tart up front then fades to sweeter grain. Taste of lemon throughout. Light body and fairly clean finish. It's fine, nothing spectacular but a nice summer beer.

Overly citrus to the point of a sour stomach feel. Also very sweet in an attempt to combat the tart. Underlying tones solidly malty but is lost in the mix. Not worth a 6 pack.

Was not a fan. Odd flavors, overly sweet. Not really sure what's going on with this one. I don't care for their Summer Ale but I'd take that over Porch Rocker. I don't think I'll be having this again.

This is probably my favorite summer beer. Tart and refreshing with lemon but the lemon flavor is not overpowering. A perfect beer after some yard work or working outside.

This pours a bright yellow-amber color with a frothy head. The smell is subtle hints of citrus, but the taste is powerfully cotrus, so much so that the hops and malts are overpowered. It's an easy-drinking summer beer, but perhaps a bit too sweet.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a tulip

L: Clear light golden pour. 1.5 fingers of foamy white head. Falls fast with sparse lacing.

S: Lemonade... citrus and a bit of grain.

T/F: Follows the nose. Pretty standard Radler. Cracked grains and a strong lemonade/lemon soda flavor. Citrus... mildly sweet to go with the tartness. Well carbonated... refreshing and pleasant.

O: It's summertime.... it's hot... and this hit the spot reasonably well. Nothing exciting, but a decent lawnmower beer.

Great, great beer. A sweeter ale with a crisp and refreshing lemony taste.

Porch Rocker is my favorite beer from Sam Adams followed closely by Cherry Wheat and Cold Snap. It pours a clear deep gold color with small white head and no lacing. Has a lemon smell and taste that is great on a hot day very refreshing. Smooth swallow and only a lemon aftertaste. This is a GREAT summertime beer.
