Pours a turbid pale orange-yellow with a finger of white head. Poured from a 32oz crowler that is around 7 days old (questionable as they didn't date this can; however, the other crowlers in this gifted box were canned 7 days ago today). Aroma is fleshy peach, mango, papaya, and orange. Tropical fruits are abundant with a light layer of biscuit malts and yeast providing a little support. Flavor profile is fleshy peach once again, with mango, papaya, orange, and pineapple. Biscuit malts are a little more present, as is a yeasty finish. Mouth feel is a touch yeasty and grainy, and lands around a medium thickness. Overall, great notes in the aroma with the flavor profile driving even more flavor. It certainly leans towards the bright hoppy side of the spectrum, which gives the beer a light taste overall with the malts playing more of a backup role. The sub 7% ABV helps keep things light and flowing.
Served in a 12oz snifter from a 7 day old 32oz crowler.
