Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass not sure when it was canned, but from my source it is fresh. Pours a very attractive slightly hazy orange with a solid inch of head that leaves behind a some thin wisps of lace.
Smell is tangerine, pineapple, guava, and a little grapefruit.
Taste follows nice pineapple, guava, tangerine, and grapefruit.
Mouthfeel is about medium, plenty of life, not dry at all, and for 5.2%ABV it goes down easy, but more flavor than most beers at that ABV.
Overall a very nice APA, would love to slam these during the warm months.

From the 16oz can, pours an orange, tangerine color with nice white head. Aroma is candied citrus with some earthiness. Not overpowering aroma, but solid.
Taste is better than expected based on the low ABV. The candied citrus comes through very nicely. I also get some grassiness. Many times, it seems 1 hop always dominates beers that only contain 2 hops. I can detect both citra and amarillo in this beer. Nice balance of both.
Mouthfeel is fairly light as expected for 5.2%. I wouldn't mind a little more bitterness in the finish. Overall, very well done. This is a beer I could see myself going to a lot when I want to have a few beers. Big flavor for such a low alcohol content.

This was poured into a nonic pint glass. The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color. Transparency trying to show, but this one really keeps a nice haziness to it. A one and a half finger white foamy head maintains its form for a good minute before gently dissipating. The smell starts off with citrus tones smacking around light grassy to piney dry bitterness. Grapefruit rind blends in to balance nicely. The taste was moderately bitter with a sharp sweet citrus to balance. There’s no aftertaste but it does have a quick light citrusy finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium in body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation runs fairly light allowing the bitterness to take hold and be the harshness on my tongue. Overall, nice APA with citrus and Amarillo hops blending and doing the work of the flavors. I’d have again and wouldn’t mind with some grilled seafood.

Poured from a howler purchased at the brewery.
Mild golden hue a with one-finger head and lots of bubbles.
Citra and Amarillo hops burst upon the nose, forming a solid bond of citrus/pine.
Light and crisp with the right amount of hop bitterness. There's also a good malty note underneath the bitterness.
Decent bitter finish. Flavorful for 5.1%.
If the goal is to keep the style competitive in the face of session IPAs, it has been met with this delicious example.

The beer comes in a deep gold color.
The beer offers grassy and grapefruit hops flavor, although being a touch bland for a hoppy brew. There's a light crackery malt with a medium earthy bitterness .
