One of the two permanent house beers of the Domus Cafe in Leuven. Only available on tap, Con-Domus is a bright hazy yellow with a very impressive, creamy white head. The smell is surprisingly hoppy, backed with very slight citrus notes. Upon tasting, the citrus disappears and it's left with a refreshing, floral, bitter character. No malt, yeast, esters, or alcohol really present; it's pretty straightforward beer. Nice substantial mouthfeel with good carbonation. A pleasant surprise.
