March 2019: 750 ml bottle (capped, not corked), Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.5%. Pale golden colour, large white head. Fruity and mildly spicy aroma of kveik (Norwegian farmhouse yeast, 12 different strains in this case). The moderately sweet flavour is citric, yeasty and spicy, also hints of yellow apples. Moderate bitterness. The mouthfeel could have been fuller, but this is still a nice beer.

Clear dark golden color with off-white head. Aroma is quite yeasty with some floral and spicy notes. Taste is malty, yeasty, spicy, woody and leafy. Medium to light body with medium carbonation. Quite rustic farmhouse ale with a bit of alcohol warmth.
