Just to preface this, I'm not a big fan of saisons. Poured moderately hard from a tall can into a snifter glass, forming a little bit of off-white head that soon faded. Pale gold color, pretty much transparent. Smell is a bit citrusy/hoppy, definitely what I'd expect from a saison. Taste isn't too intensely citrusy or hoppy. I can kind of tell the sweet potato and sage are there, but they're more background flavors and would be hard to identify precisely without the description. Light bodied with light carbonation. Drinkable, and maybe okay for a saison, but not my thing.

L: Had this on-tap at The Tavern, poured into a pint glass. Had a bright, golden yellow-orange color and a clear consistency. There was a half inch of foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Not much lacing here.
S: A decent enough aroma of sweet potatoes (duh), spices, yeast, and malt.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish), lots of spices (the advertised sage), some of the sweet potatoes (not quite enough), and a little Belgian yeast. An uneven flavor, but it holds your interest. It could've used a little boost with the sweet potatoes. Nonetheless, a light and effervescent flavor.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Light-bodied.
O: An interesting experiment of a saison. Doesn't always work, but it has its good points.

An absolutely beautiful cloudy orange, smells, as its title suggests, strongly of sweet potato and sage. Absolutely delicious; sweet, but not too sweet, like a mild sweet potato pie. Mouthfeel is creamy and medium bodied and matches perfectly with the flavors and aroma. Overall this is one of the most pleasantly surprising and enjoyable beers I've had in a long time. I was not expecting this to be as good as it is, frankly. In a world of boring fall-time pumpkin beers, this sweet potato and sage really really stands out.

Not sure this is a saison but found it be an interesting and tasty beer. Poured a golden orange body with one finger head and lace ring that died quick. Aroma has this bit of sweetness and spiciness with touches of funk (I think it's funk); the sweet potato and sage aspects make a unique aroma. Smooth, light to medium bodied, sweet but not much malty sweetness and more of a sweet potato-esque sweetness that is something that I haven't had in a beer before. Bit of peppery spiciness in beer as well adds balance and adds a little crispness in finish.

Great Saison. Good nose, fruit citrus . May need a little more effervescence
