I had this brew fresh shortly after its initial release and it tasted pretty bland so I figured id tuck a bottle away to revist and review at a later date. Here we are 2 years later and times sure have changed.
750ml corked and caged bottle into a wine glass appears a clouded golden copper with white cap big and frothy that persists.
Aroma is predominantly tropical brett, slight stanky cheese, some earthiness and slight neutral grain sweetness.
Taste has brett tropics, caramel grain, slight butter and a bit of herbal feel before some sweetness across the back tasting of a mixture of biscuit-like malt meets grass and honey.
This is medium in body with modest carbonation. I wish I would have poured the entire contents of the bottle in 1 shot because after pouring my first glass, a bunch of yeast coagulated and rose to the surface of the bottle making my second pour look like fat laden airy diarrhea.

Super bretty nose with farmhouse funk, hay, grass, and wildflower. Big pillowy head. The body itself doesn't have inflated carb levels. Mouthfeel is nice but a hair thin at 7.8% ABV. The Brett has eaten up much of the honey. The honey is more part of the body but it is much drier than sweet. Funky Brett forward saison that was really easy drinking and flavorful.

Smells a lot like HF's Anna. Honey sweet funk, pear, lemon, apricot, honeysuckle floralness and some acidity. Big brett, followed by a tropical fruit bouquet and raw honey. Perfect amount of sweetness. Endlessly drinkable. Perfect, higher carbonation pushes flavor across your palate.

orange bodied beer that is semi-opaque. Tall 2 fingers of thick white head with go head retention. Smells of raw hay and honey. Taste is raw hay, honey, and has a nice rustic mineral well water characteristic as well. medium bodied beer with moderate levels of carbonation. Very drinkable saison that hides its ABV well. I really dig this saison and it is approaching the caliber of a Hill Farmstead honey saison like Anna or Nordic saison, but it is missing some the tartness of those Farmstead saisons that is universally embraced by saison enthusiasts.

L: amberish orange, big head that dissipates into a thin layer.
S: Honey, nectarine, orange blossom. Very nice.
T: Honey, some funk, floral, tart white peach/nectarine, a little cloying in the finish.
O: worth a try.

I enjoyed this bottle shared with my wife octopus87 -poured chilled in a tumbler from the 750ml.
The color is golden yellow with light haze and thick white head with average bead and no lace to speak of. The smell is strong with a sweet/sour aroma with slight cidery tangy floral and funky scent with wild yeast odor. The feel is semi-thick with moderate sour quality with light creamy body and medium high carbonation with slight fruity tanginess and slight crisp balance with almost no alcohol noticeable and dry yet mildly tangy finish.
The taste is very good with tangy fruity and lightly sweet earthy combo with mild malt in the taste and subtle sourness from the wild yeat with slight apple-like element and gentle herbal accent with almost spiced quality in the finish. Very dry as it finishes with mild alcohol flavor in the last sips. Overall I really think this is an excellent beer worth trying -saison type blend of malt w/ wild yeast and still semi-balanced with high drinkability for the 7.8% I am very glad I got to try this.
