500ml bottle brought back from Russia. Pours a golden amber colour with a white head. Aromas of grapefruit & citrus. Tastes is smooth with besides grapefruit & citrus present also biscuit, earth, malt and a little spice, leading to a balanced finish with a light fruity bitterness. Overall one I really enjoyed.

Wort extract 14% Plato. IBU 30.
Poured into an english pint.
Pours hazy dark amber with thin off-white head, quickly dissipating to some isles of froth on a surface. Smell - mango, citrus, pine, toffee - absolutely cool for english bitter.
Taste - too resiny and bitter for classic bittter, good hopping bears medicinal bitterness and hides malt tones, that are hard to define. So there is some lack of balance. Medium body and carbonation, long bitterness on a palate. Good try for russian pioneer craft brewery, but organoleptically closer to APA, than EPA.
