If you are seeking Belgian ales in Barcelona, then this is the place for you. The bottle list is amazing and the tap list is very strong. They run monthly tasting parties to try to build the market for belgian beers in Barcelona. A great opportunity to try stuff for small money. But they are worth a visit any day of the week! Nice and attentive staff, solid bar snacks.

 

 

 

I discovered this place while in Barcelona for a few days. Out of the thousands of bottles they offer, I think they had about two American beers, a couple dozen German/other European beers, and the rest was an incredible selection of Belgian brews. This place was pretty much like heaven to a guy from California who has never seen such a variety of lambic, gueuze, and other Belgian styles just sitting there on the shelves in front of him. They had a broad selection from hundreds of breweries as well as a decent glassware section. Prices for the most part seemed very reasonable. I spent a few hours drinking four bottles of beer while chatting with the gentleman working there in broken spanglish. He even brought me out some free chips and some cheese that was ripened with Cantillon gueuze. The establishment itself is relaxing with a comfortable and warm ambiance. This place was one of the highlights of my trip, and I highly recommend all beer enthusiasts come check it out.

Pretty great spot in Barcelona. Stopped by in June of 2015 at it happened to be their 1st anniversary party, so they had Cantillon Kriek on tap.

Other than that, their normal bottle selection was very nice and well-pricecd. Good Belgian selection (Cantillon, 3F, etc.) and some nice glassware too.

Prices are obviously a bit higher than in Belgium, but on par with the rest of Europe.

Fantastic selection of primarily Belgian beers. You can either take away or drink in for a small charge.

If you like lambics, or just Belgian/European beers generally, this place is amazing. They have a selection that is better than any you can find in North America and maybe even Europe. The service was also excellent. If you are in Barcelona, you need to go.

Great shop, great owner. I highly recommend going here for any Belgiums or sours as he has a great selection. Worth going a bit off the beaten path to find.
