L: Pours a vibrant ruby red with a nice, fluffy white head on top. There's a little bit of light coming through the glass, but the beer is pretty cloudy otherwise.
S: Salt, sweet molasses, hints of acidity, fresh strawberries. There's a thin layer of fresh herbal aromas possibly from the hibiscus.
T: It's nice and sweet at the start and then it evens out from the salt. Mild acidity from the yeast strain can be found throughout the entire sip. The salt lingers at the end with a strong finish.
F: Good carbonation at the front of the beer. The body is very nice - definitely not light, falling somewhere in the middle leaning on the heavy side. Some slight acidity on the tongue but not overpowering.
O: This beer is very refreshing. The body is on point. It would go well on a spring/summer day, although it does not lean on the light side. It is fresh and vibrant.

Beautiful ruby red color. It tastes just as good as it looks and makes you feel the same. Its a light Gose, good effervescence, and tart. Makes a great beer cocktail margarita.

Light copper in color with a half inch of creamy bright white. Heavy lacing. The aroma is of sea salt an lactobacilius. The flavor mirrors the aroma with plenty of sea salt and light grains. The mouth is very salinic, dry, crisp, and refreshing.

16 ounce can, looks like 2/10/18 is stamped on the bottom of the can but it's smudged so I can't tell for sure. Can says 5.1% ABV. Served in a Ritterguts Gose glass, the beer pours a reddish/orange color with a huge light orange/pink head. Had to let this one settle a while before I could drink it. Decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice but somewhat light, the brew smells like hibiscus, coriander, salt, and some tropical fruitiness. Luckily the taste has a lot more kick to it. There's hibiscus, blood orange, coriander, salt, lime, tropical fruit and bready malt flavors all noticeable. Good amount of tartness in this one. Mouthfeel/body is light, it's smooth and easy to drink with a lot of soft carbonation. Definitely worth a try, I know I'd drink this again given the chance! $4.04 for a single can.

A big thanks out to Joe for this beaut.
Batch 366 from a 500mL bottle.
Ruby's Tears pours a bold grapefruit juice orange, and a volcano of bubbly white foam erupts up the glasses entirety. Once relieved, it settles as a nice little cap with spotty patches left behind.
Once again, the color might imply where this beer is headed. Grapefruit and blood orange juices dominate, with a salty ocean breeze and damp earth to support it. A pleasant barn house funk about it peaks out from the depths.
This one is not for the salt or sour timid. A wonderful blend really, and the flavor and feel are expressed together as one. There is a salty buoyancy about it, with very tart lemon, lime, and pink grapefruit flavors that burst and make every inch of the mouth and cheeks pucker. It ends sharp, and dry, with bubbles foaming all around.
Ruby's Tears is an experience more than just a beer. It's wonderfully refreshing, pleasantly unique, yet simple and satisfying in the best of ways. I would welcome this any time the unquenchable craving for an easy drinking tart and salty beer arises, which is surprisingly pretty often.
Thanks again Joe! Cheers.
