Got this one from desp59. Cheers!
From a bomber into a snifter
Described as Neapolitan flavor beer ice cream
APPEARANCE: Jet, opaque black pour yields a 2+ finger, medium looking, slightly fizzy, dark tan head with good retention. A little noisy this one is, but good color. Pitch black body with no carbonation evident. Head slowly fades to a full foamy cap. Splotchy wisp remains with falling dots of lacing. Good color and a dark head for the style.
SMELL: Bourbon, oak, sweet vanilla cream, milk chocolate, butterscotch and some strawberry notes. Really candy-like aroma. The vanilla and strawberry combo does indeed give off the impression of boozy ice cream, but not at all in an artificial way. Pretty enticing.
TASTE: Candy flavors up front with strawberry, vanilla cream and boozy bourbon up front. Plenty of bourbon at the swallow with booze and candy sweetness as well. A bold and lingering finish of bourbon, alcohol, strawberry flavors, sweet vanilla cream, some milk chocolate and sweet toffee as well. Plenty of sweetness here and the barrel is bold and boozy as well. Pretty tasty treat.
PALATE: Fuller body with slightly lower levels of carbonation. Creamy and weighty on the palate, goes down fine with a good scratch at the swallow and finishes quite sticky. A good amount of heat lingers. Love the thicker, silkier feel here. Slick. Awesome.
OVERALL: Great stuff. This had all the right elements in all the right amounts. The strawberry flavor worked great and didn’t overwhelm the beer, leaving plenty of space for the vanilla, chocolate and barrel character to add flavor and layers to the beer. The look and feel were top notch as well. Really glad to have been able to try this one and would gladly drink another. Cycle never ceases to impress with its adjunct and barreled stouts. Highly recommended. Thanks again desp59!

Bottle pour into Cycle tulip. Opaque black. Looks viscous and syrupy.
Aromas of strawberry and chocolate are abundant. Subtle vanilla. Smells amazing with all the strawberry.
Taste is that of the aroma. Lots of strawberry through and through. Chocolate mixes in with a light lingering vanilla finish. Really damn good.
Feel is what I anticipated. Thick and viscous. Mouth coating and lingering.
Overall, this beer is pretty amazing. All the flavors I'd expect from the adjuncts.

Great strawberry flavor complimented by standard vanilla and chocolate notes. Average barrel treatment, good mouthfeel. Overall, a fairly nice adjunct bomb.

Pours jet black with no head on top. Smell comes off as sugary sweetness with hints of chocolate. Chocolate overpowers the taste with hints of strawberry.
