The hazy liquid is yellow; the two fingers head is white. It sinks slowly leaving lots of lacing.
Many tart wheat notes in the smell. Spicy phenols, citric peels, smooth bitter notes and some herbs.
Strong flavours: Citric peels and juice. Passing clean bitterness. Tart wheat notes and some yeast. Spicy basil. Full body. The aftertaste is tart with spices/herbs, growing clean bitterness and some eucalyptus. Citric hops and witbier-like spices in the long finish.
Strong carbonation; almost sharp small bubbles. Smooth somewhat thick liquid.
A pleasant combination of witbier and AIPA flavours.
