A really bad beer. All the girlies in Thailand will order this beer (If they order one at all) and I dont know why.. it sucks.
Well maybe i do know why. Super Pale in color. Light tasting and not much of a taste at all except a weird off putting one.
I wouldn't be surprised it this beer was made from a splash of a Neutral Spirit and Beer Flavoring.
one of my least liked beers in Thailand.

Until recently I though San Miguel was a fancy pants Spanish beer. Turns out it's not fancy pants, but an adjunct lager from the Philippines.
Purchased at Glenfield Bottle Shop. Best before: 02/09/2023. So it's a few months out of date - like most beers from this bottleshop sadly.
Note - this isn't labelled as light. It's labelled as low-carb. For those that don't know, in Australia beers labelled light have to be below 3% ABV. American, or other nations beers labelled as 'light/lite' are generally low carb. In Australia low-carb beers are just that; labelled as low-car beers. Thus, as a 5% ABV, in Australia it's classified as a full-strength beer.
Vessel: 330ml clear glass bottle. Being 3 months out of date, sitting in the single bottles fridge so this could be skunked.
Appearance:, pale Golden yellow. Frothy and soapy white head. High level of carbonation, ultra clear. Looking like a typical American or Australian adjunct lager. Nothing special to look at.
Aroma: Does smell skunked. There's sweet malt, a faint grassy hop but really it's got an overall dusty aroma. Provably cause it's out of date and skunked.
Taste: Dusty. Slightly skunked flavour. Got a bit of malt, very light grassy hop notes, soda water. It's not very favourable and about as exciting as a 2 hour meeting on a,Monday morning that could have been an email.
Feel: Thin, highly carbonated, very fizzy. I suspect an unskunked bottle would be nicer and more palatable.
Overall: Hard to give a fair review on a skunked beer, but look past the dusty skunked flavour, and it's an Americanised low-carb beer without much flavour, character or anything interesting.

Really nothing to write about here. It's ultra filtered, light carbonation and thin head make it borning to look at. Taste is practically non existent which could be both good and bad. Crisp ending but still lacking overall taste.

Bottle pour into a tulip glass.
Clear golden appearance, with a foamy white head that recedes quickly to a collar and lasting surface film and no lacing. Musty laundry nose. Grain, scallion, metal taste. Light body and carbonation.

Poured into a 30oz thermo-beaker
Readily brings up a whitish head that soon dissipates
Dry and light
Drink when ice cold + ice, a twist of lemon to give it some flavour, very refreshing
Certainly an acquired taste, but perfect for tropical countries
Benefits from low carbs for the figure-conscious
Not for connoisseurs

This one pours a very light yellow color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like essentially nothing.
The only redeeming quality of this beer is that when it is very cold, it is refreshing. There's essentially no flavor to it - just crisp "coldness." There's a little bit of grain sweetness, and it finishes surprisingly dry.
This is very light bodied, watery, fairly crisp, and decently drinkable.
I would only drink this beer at ice-cold temperatures. That's the only way it would be enjoyable.

330 ml can, brewed under licence by PT Delta, Indonesia. ABV is 4.9%. Clear pale yellow colour, low white head. Sweetish "industrial" aroma, notes of artificial candy. Thin and fizzy mouthfeel. Nearly void of flavour, quite dry, only a touch of sweetness in the background. One to forget.

A bit harsh for a light beer, but the bite is not to harsh to enjoy. It works well on a hot day, but not when trying to analyze the flavors. Aftertaste is a bit metallic.

Reminds me of soda water without as much flavor.
Lacks character or taste.
This is a meet market brew aimed at those looking for a hook up at the local watering hole.
Kind of a white zinfandel of beers.
