The colour is red-amber, the liquid is clear. The two finger head is beige and compact; it sinks to a thick lid leaving some lacing on the glass.
The smell is balanced with caramel malts and fruity/herbal hops. Dried orange peels and some apricot jam.
The taste is drier with caramel and some toffee, dried citric peels/fruits. Some apricots/peaches. Rather light bitterness. Medium body. The aftertaste brings more of the clean malty flavours: Brown bread, caramel and some cookies. The bitterness returns in the finish together with some harsh green flavours.
The carbonation is sharp, the large bubbles sharp and long-lived. The liquid is semi-smooth.
Well, quite balanced, but the hops are a bit tired.
