Might be a different translation of the name. My can says "Yuzu Salt Ale. Ale brewed with salt Yuzu juice and Yuzu Peel."

Everything else matches though.

Clear yellow colored beer with a small white head.

Smells of lemon candy and salt. Whatever a yuzu is it smells like a lemon. Lesser scent of malt. Smells lightly sweet and a lot like a lemon drop candy.

Starts out Neutral sweet or sour and of lemon. Not that much salt. Neutral tasting lemon beer pretty much sums this one up. It is not sour like a Gose.

Mouthfeel is light.

Interesting beer, but not a must try beer.

Described as a Gose on the menu at Izakaya Mita.
Pale hazy orange, thin frothy skim of foam, spotty lace.
Floral yuzu citrus aroma, some mild salinity and acidity.
Tart citrus with a noticeable salt presence, soft and light bodied.
Overall very refreshing with a fairly unique flavor.

Pours a bright straw or pale gold color in the glass with a snow white cap of foam that disappears quickly and completely. Fruity aromas of the namesake adjunct greet the sense of smell right away, along with a faint graininess, a suggestion of corn flakes, and a passing honey note. Simple but satisfying with its grapefruit-like flavor, Yoho has made a beer that bears some resemblance to the more tart German-style Gose. Zesty citrus fruit, a relatively light body, and a touch of salinity make this a very refreshing beverage.

Unique citrus-y bright beer with subtle saltiness. Really complex and interesting without being overwhelmingly acidic.

Can at Kimono Rooftop Beer Garden, Brooklyn, NY

A: The beer is clear bright yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of yuzu peel are present in the nose along with notes of sea salts.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste is a little salty and has notes of yuzu berries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and can be considered sessionable. It has an interesting mix of fruity and salty flavors.

A: Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and some faint lemon yellow highlights. The beer has a half finger tall sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a large patch of mottled thin film covering about 75% of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Light to moderate aromas of grainy malts with light aromas of yuzu citrus and moderate aromas of briny salt.

T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of grainy malts with just a hint of sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of briny salt and there is a light flavor of yuzu citrus in the finish.

M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly dry.

O: Easy to drink and refreshing, might be the first gose with yuzu that I have tried and I think it is a successful combination. Enjoyable and would be really nice on a hot afternoon or when working out in the yard.

4% ABV per the label.

Pours a murky yellow with a foamy tan head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Thin streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, yuzu juice, yuzu, and black tea aromas. Taste is much the same with yuzu juice, black tea, and salt flavors on the finish. There is a considerable saltiness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with great yuzu characteristics, but this one is pretty salty in the taste.

Serving type: can.
