Mi-Berry-Vice is Pours a clear, raspberry red hue with a rose-colored head. Candy-like aromas of tart, red raspberry and snappy wheat malt. Fruit-forward flavors of blueberry, cherry, and red raspberry sit on top of a backbone of malted wheat. The beer is lighter-bodied than it looks and finishes clean and dry, which ought to make it appeal a little more to craft-beer drinkers, since it’s not quite as sweet as you’d think.

I don't know how but Arcadia made one of the best fruit beers I have had in a long time. Berry colored with a great smell and tons of tart raspberry, blueberry and raspberry with no watery body I could easily drink a six pack no problem! Will FOR SURE have to pick up one! Recommended!

This beer is fantastic.

The bottle has a fun throwback to Grand Theft Auto Vice City, which played into why I bought it. It pours a reddish gold and has a pungent fruit smell. The smell is actually not great. I was skeptical when tasting it, but the flavor is absolutely amazing.

I admittedly like wheat and fruit beers, so I have some bias here, but this is one of my top 5 favorite beers that I've ever tried. It has a strong berry flavor with raspberry and blueberry being obvious, but there are subtle flavors of apple and cherry as well. As the flavor settles it has a very refreshing summer taste to it. Similar to a standard wheat beer, but a bit more malty. The aftertaste simmers to a sweet almost pastry-like flavor.

This is a beer you relax on the front porch with while you watch the sun set and the fireflies dance across the grass. I'm hoping I'm able to find another 6 pack later this summer. It was a really good beer.

I picked up a bottle of Arcadia's MI Berry Vice for $1.89 at The Lager Mill. This one caught my eye when I was looking for some new beers to try and I'm interested to see how it turns out, so lets see how it goes. 2017 Vintage. Poured from a brown 12oz bottle into a weizen glass.

A- The label looks good, it goes well with the name and it's eye catching. It poured a darker red and maroon color which took on more of a brighter red color when held to the light with a finger and half worth of fluffy red/pink head that died down to a thin ring that eventually faded away and it left a little bit of spotty lacing behind. This is nice looking beer. but I wish it had a little better head retention.

S- The aroma starts off with a higher amount of medium sweetness with a fruity aroma being the first to show up and it's dominated by the berries with some noticeable blueberry and raspberry like aroma. Up next comes a little bit of yeast which imparts a little bit of an herbal aroma and it's followed by the malts which are on the lighter side and impart a sweet malt, bready malt, pale malt and light biscuit like aroma. This beer has a decent aroma, but the herbal aspect make it a little gruit like.

T- The taste seems to be similar to the aroma and it starts off with a medium amount of sweetness with the berries being the first to show up and they impart all the same aspects while still showing up just as much and it's followed by that same weird and herbal gruit like aspect which show up just as much as it did in the aroma and it blends into a little bit of doughy yeast. Up next comes the malts which are on the lighter and they impart more sweet malt aspects than all the other aspects. On the finish there's a little more sweetness with hardly any bitterness and funky and slightly cardboard flavor that goes into the aftertaste. This isn't that great of a beer, the berries show up well, but the weird herbal and funky flavors hold it back.

M- Not that smooth, on the flat side, medium bodied with a lower amount of carbonation. The mouthfeel isn't that great, it needs more carbonation.

Overall I wasn't a big fan of this beer and I thought it wasn't the best example of the style, it wasn't that great and it had some off flavors and aromas that really held this beer back in the end. This beer didn't have good drinkability, one is more than enough for me. What I like the most about this beer was the appearance, it's easily the aspects of this beer. What I like the least about this beer is the taste and drinkability, they just aren't that good and they need some work. I wouldn't buy this beer again and I would turn one down, i wouldn't recommend it since it's just not a good example of the style. All in all I just wasn't into this beer and I could see it having some potential if it wasn't for all the off flavors. It's now one of my least favorite beers from this brewery and it's not a good example of the style. Better luck next time guys, this one needs some major work.

Alright what immediately drew my eye was the big pink letters spelling out VICE. I remember when I was a pre teen playing grand theft auto Vice City when the PS2 was young. This body sent me right down memory lane since it was inspired by half Miami Vice and Hald Vice City simply based on coloration.

Look -Ruby copper levels with a high murk level. Head stacks decently.

Smell. - Raspberry and blueberry and lemons all dominated the scent with a slightly soap aspect.

Taste - Lots of wheat on the forefront with the aforementioned fruity aspects taking a pretty nice hold.

Feel - Thicker than a brick with low carbonation. Swallows heavy but easy.

Overall - Love the art work on the sixer and the bottles. A pretty good easy going late summer brew and the first out of arcadia I've had in ages. If your name is Tommy Vercetti and you're listening to Love Fist, try it out.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 5/23/2017. Pours slightly hazy deep ruby red/amber/light purple color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big juicy blueberry, raspberry, cherry, plum, apricot, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of berries, bready malt, fruity yeast, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy blueberry, raspberry, cherry, plum, apricot, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/grassy/spicy bitterness and tangy fruit tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of blueberry, raspberry, cherry, plum, apricot, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of berries, bready malt, fruity yeast, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitter/tartness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light dryness from bitter/tartness, lightly increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and lightly sticky/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.3%. Overall this is a very nice fruited wheat ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of berries, bready malt, fruity yeast, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and easy to drink with the mildly tart/bitter/drying finish. Great balance between fruit and wheat beer flavors, with nice complimenting yeast fruitiness; and just enough earthy hops for balance. A very enjoyable offering.

Pour is a glowing ruby/garnet color with minimal head and no lacing. Even in the dim light of the pub, it glows like a gem. Very attractive. Aroma is overwhelming berries and wheat Ale. Taste is tart and sweet Blueberry and raspberry, with the wheat base peeking through. A step above the average fruit and wheat Ale.
