Massive in every way, B-Craft delivers a complex bundle of flavors with citrus-hop aroma. Moving beyond the massive hop aroma, rich roasted malt flavors of coffee and chocolate move forward only to be checked by an impressive hop bitterness. Texture and flavor dance together so seamlessly that you may need to remind yourself that, while it drinks like a session, it delivers like an assassin.

A nice smooth black bier with the extra hoppiness of a strong IPA. Black with some reddish tinting, thin head, but leaves a strong impression on the palate. Would be much better enjoyed in the winter months....

Appearance: this is pretty dark brown with ruby windows when held to the light; thin white head that dissipates very quickly
Aroma: roasted malt upfront; some hops; subtle raisin; pine; slight citrus; a little chocolate; some licorice notes…there’s more in there than expected!
Taste: starts with a much bigger grapefruit flavor than I expected and some nice hoppiness; moves into some nice roasty malt flavors with a bit of dark chocolate; finishes with a good pine and hop bite, a little ashy, and some of the licorice; aftertaste is ashy, hoppy, and bitter
Mouthfeel: creamy; frothy; medium bodied; smooth; lightly carbonated
Overall Impression: this was a pretty pleasant surprise, I did not expect to find all of that in this bottle; smooth and well crafted; nice interplay with hops and grains…I’m pretty happy with this guy; it’s not mind-blowing, but a solid brew

On tap. Black in color and opaque. Smell is sweet raisin and roasted malts. Taste is a sharp bitter up front then roasty malts and some coffee. Feel is light, carb low. Abv well hidden. Overall decent effort
