Picked this up at a random beer buying spree. Saw session ale, and figured it's definitely worth trying. Haven't had enough of them yet, so why not.
L: Very light straw color. A liiiiittle bit of cloud to it. I kinda dig it.
S: It's obviously citrus scented, but I think in specific..perhaps passionfruit a bit? Maybe tangerine? Can smell the hops quite strongly too.
T: The flavour profile is much stronger than the deceptive scent. Can certainly taste how hoppy it is, but not a bad thing. Definite, but light citrus taste.
F: Has a slight resiny type feeling on the aftertaste, but that's the hops doing its work. Deceptively hoppy profile on something that's quite light and easy to drink.
Overall, it's worth a pick up, especially for the price. Want a kick during that light, refreshing work session these beers are made for? Have this.

Was a throw in while picking up some bombers for my brother's birthday next week; I make it policy to try any beer I see priced at ninety nine cents, which you don't see much anymore. Huge head with nice retention and lace with a cloudy straw body. Sweet malt and a little citrus in the nose.
Quite a bit of flavor, with a little more hops than anticipated. This leads to reasonable balance. Citrus and bread notes remain and there is a brief whiff of sourness at one point that morphs into something more expected. Relatively tasty and complex, for a buck. Yes, please.

Sampled from draft into a 20 oz weizen glass. Pours a hint darker than the straw yellow of an average macro. A soapy white head with excellent lacing throughout the drink.
Smells good. Can get a whiff of it as soon as it's set down in front of you. Citrus notes and a sweet spring floral scene.
Taste is not too bad. It's a standard session APA style with hops front to back but not too strong. Not much bitterness or bite from the hops. Very drinkable and light bodied. Went down smooth as a throwback should.
An average to good beer from a brewery I had not heard of. Definitely something you could have a six pack of anytime.

L - pours a gently opaque golden yellow. Kinda like a saison. Big boisterous fluffy head and a lot of nucleation that almost looks like rain drops against a window in reverse. Neat.
S - strong lemongrass up front with the faintest floral seeetness.
T - much more malt forward that the nose suggests. Some sweetness, but a lot of hollow hops. You know the type: fragile, baby's first step kind of hops. Not a whole lot of backbone. Like a wobbly wobbly Jenga game that's gonna come tumbling down with a cough. Light lemon rind and crisp apple.
F - pretty damn carbonated. It's big and soft, but too much foam. How are you supposed to session these when you're gulping down half air?
O - they weren't kidding with the name. The beer looks great, but is pretty weak in all other areas. Hell, it's not even a good session ale because it's hard to drink foam. Like am overcarbonated saison.

Pour is a pale straw color with a slight haze to it. A finger of soapy head rests on top, leaving sticky lacing behind. Arcadia promises tropical and citrus notes, and there they are. More in the aroma than the taste. Grapefruit and orange zest with cocktail syrup, and biscuit malt underneath. Malt is more pronounced in the taste, with citrus hops coming in on the end. Definitely a session Ale, very light on aroma and flavor, feel is on the thinner side.
