Pours an almost transparent golden orange with a generous fluffy white head with good retention and excellent lacing. The aroma is bright and citrusy. Taste is similar with big citrus notes and a grapefruit peel finish. Medium bodied and slightly bitter.

Glows like a Floridia Orange before it’s picked and mixed with a bunch of Brazilian ones for your morning OJ. Smell is big citrus and tropical fruits like Ester Williams on vacation in Panama. Taste, well, nothing cool about this one. Very light tropical fruits, but really it’s a bit flat and acidic just like things that are flat and acidic. It’s not all that terrible, it’s just nothing special.

Big fluffy white head sits atop an orange/golden body. Not a member of the new kids club, but not clear. Somewhere in between.

Nose is a bit yeasty, but also a decent amount of citrus (orange) and some nondescript brightness.

More of the same. Sweet orange and slight yeasty tang. Dull citrus and a pleasant softness all around.

Body is medium and soft with a gentle effervescence. Oh yeah, this is 8%. REAL easy to forget until you go to stand up. No real trace of alcohol on the flavour or body.
Enjoyable, but doesn't super standout. Gentle orange blossoms are the lasting impression.
If it were half the ABV I think it would be a great summer APA.

Dynamic Duo is a a beautiful gold to copper color boasting a foamy white head. It's unfiltered appearance is nearly clean, and delicious looking.

Ahhh Mosaic. Combined with Rakau, blueberries, tangerine, and honeydew melon take lead over a bready and sesame seed supporting malt cast.

Citrus stars the flavor aspect followed by a more meaty and toasty grain base. Melon really shines through on the end making it quite a smooth finish despite the glorious 75 ibu bitterness.

A tad thin for it's elevated abv, with mild carbonation and it would benefit from a few more ibu's in my opinion. Which is always the case. The alcohol is nearly undetectable, being quite dangerous.

Not an award winner here perhaps, but a pretty good DIPA. One that's remarkably easy to drink, and I could get in trouble if these were in any format other than a bomber. Cheers.

This edition is Simcoe and Chinook, and it's 9 percent. Lovely orange dark amber color with a modest foam in the big wine glass. A whiff of onions, not unpleasant, along with lime peel. Spritzy and substantial body with a tangy edge on the tongue.

Rich. Makes you feel like a millionaire with fabulous beer everywhere. Warm and toasty malt with a grilled peach flavor. Plenty of fruity aromatics with orange blossoms somehow. Not overly bitter. I think Ex Novo is my favorite brewery in a town full of excellent breweries. From the 22 oz bottle purchased in San Francisco of all places.

I got the Amarillo and Centennial version (Project 015). I'm a sucker for red and/or rye IPAs, and this one did not disappoint! Plenty of spiciness and bitterness, right up my alley. Looking forward to trying other variants of the hop pairings.

22oz bottle served in a large mug. If there's a date, I don't see it, so I'm going to assume it's fresh. Beer was a gift from @mr-jj.

Pours a very hazy white-yellow with a smallish white head and medium carbonation. Little chunks of sediment are drifting around in it. I should just get in the habit of leaving an inch of beer in the bottom of the bottle. Smell is very piney with a background of citrus.

Taste is lemony, a little honeysuckle sweetness, a bit bready, building bitterness.

Mouthfeel is medium thickness and higher than usual carbonation. Overall, it's a solid IPA, but not particularly special.

awesome ipa right here, el dorado and citra edition, it sounds like they mix up the hops a bit on these. these two go together really well, juicy and citrusy from the citra, fruity but dry from the el dorado, its really a pretty summery hop complexion, but its cool to see these hops in such a sturdy ipa, bigger than a lot of beers that try to showcase these somewhat delicate profiles, this is almost sensory overload, but i really like it. some sweetness from the grain to balance the bitterness that creeps up at the end, and a slight toasted and honey element to it, works well with the oily texture of the hops as well as the fruity flavors from them. lemon and pineapple come to mind, but its not sweet or acidic, its more like the essence of each of these, coming from all the hops. surprised it gets to bitter near the end, but its a welcome change of pace by then. it drops off a little when it warms up, which was the case for about half the bottle, where the alcohol is a little more exposed. overall a really nice fusion of these two distinct hops, and a well made beer. fresh as can be. well done.
