Our dual-hop IIPA series, this West Coast style double IPA has big hop aroma of pine, grapefruit, and pineapple with a very light body. Extremely drinkable and aggressively hopped with Citra and Chinook for a clean, bitter finish.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a fine, two finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus, tropical and dank hops, tangerine, mixed overripe tropical fruit, particularly pineapple and some catty dankness. Flavor is mildly caramel hops, citrus, piney and dank hops, vague stone and tropical fruit, grapefruit, a little green onion, lemon and mild dankness. Lingering piney, citrus and mixed fruit finish with substantial bitterness. Medium bodied with light creaminess. A fine, golden West Coast style IPA. The aroma indicated maybe some substantial caramel malt, but that note is mild in the flavor. Very busy hop profile, as expected from Mosaic and Idaho-7, the dynamic duo in this version. The dominant flavors are pine and citrus, but there are unidentifiable tropical and stone fruit flavors too. Great alpha oil hit at the end with a IBU I haven't seen since my last Stone IPA. Busy flavors (both hop varieties are kind of busy by themselves), but an overall quite satisfying profile. A welcome traditional hoppy IPA on a hot evening. My first of this two hop series; I'll watch for more in the future.

Pours an almost transparent golden orange with a generous fluffy white head with good retention and excellent lacing. The aroma is bright and citrusy. Taste is similar with big citrus notes and a grapefruit peel finish. Medium bodied and slightly bitter.

Glows like a Floridia Orange before it’s picked and mixed with a bunch of Brazilian ones for your morning OJ. Smell is big citrus and tropical fruits like Ester Williams on vacation in Panama. Taste, well, nothing cool about this one. Very light tropical fruits, but really it’s a bit flat and acidic just like things that are flat and acidic. It’s not all that terrible, it’s just nothing special.

Big fluffy white head sits atop an orange/golden body. Not a member of the new kids club, but not clear. Somewhere in between.
Nose is a bit yeasty, but also a decent amount of citrus (orange) and some nondescript brightness.
More of the same. Sweet orange and slight yeasty tang. Dull citrus and a pleasant softness all around.
Body is medium and soft with a gentle effervescence. Oh yeah, this is 8%. REAL easy to forget until you go to stand up. No real trace of alcohol on the flavour or body.
Enjoyable, but doesn't super standout. Gentle orange blossoms are the lasting impression.
If it were half the ABV I think it would be a great summer APA.

Dynamic Duo is a a beautiful gold to copper color boasting a foamy white head. It's unfiltered appearance is nearly clean, and delicious looking.
Ahhh Mosaic. Combined with Rakau, blueberries, tangerine, and honeydew melon take lead over a bready and sesame seed supporting malt cast.
Citrus stars the flavor aspect followed by a more meaty and toasty grain base. Melon really shines through on the end making it quite a smooth finish despite the glorious 75 ibu bitterness.
A tad thin for it's elevated abv, with mild carbonation and it would benefit from a few more ibu's in my opinion. Which is always the case. The alcohol is nearly undetectable, being quite dangerous.
Not an award winner here perhaps, but a pretty good DIPA. One that's remarkably easy to drink, and I could get in trouble if these were in any format other than a bomber. Cheers.
