Rich, Rusty, and creamy milk with a coffee forward nose of dark fruits, caramel, and chocolate. Our friends at Case Study roasted up some Ethiopian beans that we cold brewed directly in the beer following fermentation.

To make this short(er), this beer smells and tastes outstanding. Amazing coffee aroma and flavor. None of that dialed down cheap shit coffee. It's like straight up, locally and freshly roasted beans are dumped right into an easy drinking, smooth and creamy stout. Wow this is good. Cheers!

Very dark brown with a creamy dark tan head that drops fairly quickly leaving a thin ring around the glass. Minimal lacing. Aroma is very coffee forward with faint hints of chocolate. Taste is dark roasts and a little less coffee forward. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy, maybe a bit thinner than some oatmeal stouts. Very good.

22 oz. bottle from Lifesource in Salem OR $4.99 Dark beer..black with a nice thick tan head. Wonderful fresh ground medium roast coffee aroma..some sea salt dark chocolate and oatmeal also. Superb aroma. Taste has the coffee but slight darker roast..then blackberries and cream. Nice. Mouth feel is so good and thick..yet simply silky over the tongue. Super beer..enjoyed immensely.
