A: Lots of peach flesh, but not overpowering, light toasty grain, moderate funk and a lemony lingering moderately light sourness.

A: Bright orange/yellow color, opaque with a thin white head that has adequate retention.

T: Peach flesh upfront, fruit forward, but with a touch of sweetness and tangy lingering sourness and dry finish.

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

O: Awesome; this beer has great peach aroma and flavor that contrasts with the funky, zippy sourness. Very refreshing and easy to drink.

Glow haven and Roza version.

Carb was way off. Even with a rough pour there was zero carbonation and it made it seem almost like an alcholic peach juice This beer would have easily been a 4.5 with some carb

Glow haven and Roza version.

This has amazing flavor with some very nice complexity to the palate. Buckets of wonderful sweet peachs. Lightly tart, but not overwhelming. Tartness blends in well. Somewhat let down by the lack of carb, would really make this beer pop. Overall another nice option from casey if you are ok with the low carb issues

Great beer, side by side with Fruit Stand Peach.

This was way more peachy, lacking just a bit of complexity. Somewhat de Garde like in a sense as it was very jammy, but a bit sweeter than de Garde.

750ml bottle of the Elberta Peach variant. Served in a minisnifter glass. Pours a hazy, light orange-yellow body, one finger white head, good retention, some lacing. Smells of peach juice, minerals, tart lemon, mild acetic acidity, touch of oak, grainy sweetness. As the beer warms, more peach comes out. The peach is hefty in strength, but not overbearing. Flavour is similarly peach-forward, with some peach skin character and mild grainy sweetness that does its best to balance that out, but luckily for my palate, it fails. Mild vinegar, a touch of lactic acid, grain, a fair bit of that Casey house funk. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, creamy yet drying, very drinkable with a lot of peach flavour on the finish. It isn't the most peach-forward brew that I've had (to this day, that's still DeGarde The Peach) but this is a fruit-forward yet well-rounded tart saison.

I was surprised the peach flavor wasn't stronger given it was double the fruit. If you handed it to me blind, I'd have said it was a Fruit Stand beer. Still very good though, and excellent peach aroma and flavor. My favorite thing about it was the aroma. I want a CFP Peach air freshener for my car.

Had at the brewery at the release on 11/7. Hazy yellow color. Mild peach nose. Mild peach taste. I was expecting MORE peach out of this one, considering the amount of peaches in the beer. Still, it was light and delicious. Enjoyed this one.

At the brewery poured into a Belgian tulip from a 750 mL.

A- Some floaters amid a beer that pours like white grape juice and settles cloudy and straw-like in the glass. Wispy head and lace that settles into a film atop the beer. 4

S- Holy Christ! This is bursting with peach. It reminds me of toast with peach jelly. Seductive. 5

T- Interesting twist on the flavor, as this has nuttiness and coconut precedes a measured, soothing peach flavor. There's a wheaty quality and light sweet malt that remind me of a Berliner Weiss. Lingering peach takes on a jammy quality. 4.25

M- Very light and refreshing, mellow tartness, and a dry ending that introduces some funk. 4.5

The nose on this is astonishingly beautiful. Flavor and feel aren't at the same heights but are still outstanding.
