Bottle at share. Pale, hazy golden pour with a light, airy bubb;y head. Tart, fruity aroma, peaches. Taste is also fruity, slightly sour. Pretty solid.

Cellared bottle, about five years. Murky orange body with no head save some bubbles. Nose has a balanced mix of oak, peach, lemon, and marmalade with accenting flowers, minerals and yeast. Really pleasant. Taste is much the same only the peach has developed into the clear tyrant on the throne, bigger and sweeter, cutting the minerals and yeast a significant bit. Feels like sour peach liqueur, so smooth, light, and balanced, very well made, but as it warms does seem a touch flat. Really nice peach sour on a summer afternoon

Bottle.
A: Lots of peach flesh, but not overpowering, light toasty grain, moderate funk and a lemony lingering moderately light sourness.
A: Bright orange/yellow color, opaque with a thin white head that has adequate retention.
T: Peach flesh upfront, fruit forward, but with a touch of sweetness and tangy lingering sourness and dry finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Awesome; this beer has great peach aroma and flavor that contrasts with the funky, zippy sourness. Very refreshing and easy to drink.

Glow haven and Roza version.
Carb was way off. Even with a rough pour there was zero carbonation and it made it seem almost like an alcholic peach juice This beer would have easily been a 4.5 with some carb
