Bottle from 2016 Boise stone fruit tasting on 8/27. Hazy golden pour with small white head. peaches up front in the aroma, definite barrel notes. taste follows the peach flavors, adding some citrus elements, and some more funk from the yeast and barrel.

Pours with slight head that dissipates quickly Nose has some brett. Dry, little carb. Lemon-lime and cheesy notes. Finish feels drying at first then strong citrusy wave after. Some oily sensation in the mouthfeel. I'm not getting much fruit in here aside form citrus.

750ml cork and cage bottle poured into a snifter
A- pours a pale orange-yellow with a one finger bubbly white head that has decent retention
S- tart and fruity up front with aromas of peach skin, woody oak, lemon peel, cantaloupe, a hint of dried hay and Brett funk
T- tart peach leads the way up front with undertones of ripe cantaloupe, apricot & lemon. Mid-palate gives some woody oak, as well as some yeast funk. The finish is bone dry and lingers of fruit and wood
M- medium-light body with low carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel and a dry tannic finish
O- a showcase of peach that is light, funky and has a dryness that keeps you wanting more
