This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This doesn't smell great - it smells like extremely and oddly funky, almost fart-like with some sulphur, unfortunately, with some lemon and not much else.
Luckily it tastes much better than it smells, with a more reasonable funk level on the palate, some pineapple and lemon, and a touch of wine barrel.
This is light bodied, reasonably drinkable, and pretty soft.
Once you get past the unfortunate aroma here, this is pretty decent. I don't know if the age on this bottle contributed to the aromatic unpleasantries, but the taste has aged pretty well.

This hits all the right notes when you want a hoppy beer but also an easy drinking saison. Nice brett funk with a crisp body that drinks light. Mosaic is highlighted and brings up all the brett notes. Great beer.

A cork and cage 750ml bottled on 3/28/16 that I purchased in October of 2016 when I was in Colorado. Pouring it in a 14oz. saison glass for the review.
Look- Pours a pale, brilliant and very transparent gold leaving a few centimeters of soapy white foam behind. A little lacing left in its wake.
Smell- Lemongrass, pineapple, musty wood, floral esters, brett funk and fresh cracked pepper.
Taste- Lemon zest, fresh cut flowers, pineapple and peppercorns. Oak tannins emerge with a slight earthy bitterness in the finish.
Feel- Light, slick and mildly tart with a very dry finish.
Overall- I love drinking this style in hot weather and it's probably why I saved it this long for such a day. At nearly 15 months old it's held up well and is drinking superbly. Casey does some great things and I can't wait to get back to Colorado this fall.

White head. Straw yellow color.
Brett hasn't dominated this bottle yet. Still has some funk to it. Earthy and citrusy. Lemon zest. Oak. Belgian yeast.
Light bodied. Easy drinking. A very nice beer.
