Pours a light purple to maroon in color. Thin pink foam head. Nose is a sour plum skin, light yogurt and fresh cut grasses. Taste is a beautiful thing! If you like plums of course. A nice deep ripe fresh cut plum, blueberries and grape skins. Nice smooth oak to this one as with all Casey beers. Nice bit of funkyness to it. Not overly sour, certainly a little less sourness than The Cut Baco Noir. Crisp dry tart finish to it.
