Drank on site during a CASEY tour March 2018. Moderately cloudy vibrant yellow with voluminous head from a Casey hard pour that settles in a minute or two. Complex, racy nose. Sturdy, broad acid that washes layer upon layer of peaches, light booze, children’s vitamins, even a hint of tannin and grassy ripe orchard flavors through your palate and sinuses. Unrepentantly dry but balanced with clean fruit character. For real sour conniseuers. A true accomplishment from an already accomplished brewer/blender. I simply can’t heap enough praise on this beer.
