A: Murky brown reddish liquid with 1/2" tan head that left nice Belgian lace.
S: Rum, sherry, plums and dates.
T: Rum, sherry, cherries, oak, plums and dates.
M: Medium mouthfeel that finishes dry.
O: Delicious. A fantastic beer. Best beer I have had from this brewery, I hope they brew this regularly.
