The taste is a bit thin, the sour notes are distant, and the barrel does not add a whole lot to be beer.

This was a limited release numbered to 1000.

I would skip it if it was being offered while I was standing in line at NEBCO.

Poured in a tulip

A- Has a very light gold color that you can’t see through when poured in a glass. Lots of carbonation racing to the top but only a small white head that’s gone in seconds.
S- smells of grass, sour fruit and cider, slight wine smell.
T- it has a nice funk up front, then followed by sour. Ending with an apple, grape and a smooth oak taste.
M- feel is light bodied, smooth and crisp. It does not have as much carbonation as I had anticipated.
O- I haven’t had many Brett style beers. But I feel a good beer is a good beer. Drinkable and refreshing overall. Nice flavors that don’t compete but play well together. After enjoying this beer I will defiantly search for and try others in this style.
