Date: 11/5/14
Location: New England Brewing Company
Draught/Bottle: Draught/Growler
Glassware: Snifter

Appearance: Straw/Gold in color this beer pours with a fluffy large white head. The beer has good carbonation cling. This beer is well filtered in appearance and lets in ample light.
Aroma: A strong amount of bittering hops, mostly pine, kicks us of as smells of orange and pineapple waft from the glass. The pale malts are lost a bit in all that hop bitterness but faint whiffs of bread dough and crackers come through in the back.
Taste: The malts come through in the flavor and I now get caramel malts. But the hops are once again the star. A fantastic blend of piney and citrus hopping make this DIPA something special.
Mouthfeel: Medium body medium high carbonation this beer is totally capable of giving a hop bitterness that dries out the mouth and leaves you wanting more.
