Tastes like the melding of Budweiser & cinnamon; I've yet to have anything from this brewery thats a sip beyond mediocrity. I'm hoping G-bot can change my opinion.

12 oz can into pint glass.

Hazy yellow orange, maybe a bit more orange than yellow. Very foamy, light head.
Lots of wheat on the nose with some great citrus notes. Light spice notes.
Lots of sweetness from the malts. Lots of wheat/yeast as well.
Light body, very easy to drink.

Belgians aren't really my thing but I thought this was a good example.

Poured from the can into a NEBCO tulip glass.

Deep creamy and supper fluffly topped thick white head. Meingue and just a hint of soapy retention, sits easy two fingers tall on top of a slightly orange apricot colored body. A bit opaque, but also some thin carbonation really crawling up on the sides. Solid looking Belgian pale.

Aroma is quite interesting. Real nice malt angle on this, with sweet toast and almost English biscuit quality to it. There's a hint of woody and bark like sweetness, almost clove but not as hot or sweet smelling. Sweet breaded malts, a touch of honey peaks out as well, with some soft esters.

Palate is real nice, helped with a real supportive mouthfeel. Chewy malts and good biscuit sweetness, mixes with some toast as well. Finishes with a little bit of honey but very subtle. Sweet middle gets into some subdued cinnamon and almost cardamom like sweetness to match. Real chewy and meaty density on this guy.

Almost comes out like a bit of a amped up malt American/British angle mixing in with classic Belgian sucrose sweetness and melting yeast. Weird to put this guy in words. Fun brew.
