I thought I reviewed this in the past, since I've had it several times. Nice, low-alcohol beer with a full flavor. Flavor changes slightly from first taste to after taste.

Poured from a growler filled at the brewery today.
Look is a cloudy yellow gold with a thick white head.
Smells great, lots of big fresh hops. Grapefruit rind, tropical, dank hop resin.
Taste is more of the same pungent hop character, with a grainy malt base.
Feels pretty good, smooth dry malt and lively carbonation and bitterness. The back end leaves a moderately clinging bitter finish, like grapefruit rind and hop oils.
Overall a nice pale ale, great flavors and a good bite. Glad I could get it so fresh! Happy to have it from the growler tap, would love to see it in cans someday...

Fantastic APA that sets an extremely high standard for the style. The exclusive use of Galaxy works brilliantly here – every delicious nuance, including a distinct note of bubblegum/taffy, is clear. The palate is expansive and full of citrusy flavor, leading to a pristine, slightly minty finish. The more I drink from this brewery, the more convinced I am that it's one of the absolute best, not only in Connecticut, but in New England. [on tap at brewery]

On tap at the brewery in a Willi Becher.
Golden, active carbonation, foamy white head.
Aroma is full of galaxy, earthy, resinous, a bit herbal, grassy with some fresh tropical fruit and citrus zest.
Clean and crisp flavor, light, refreshing, easy going brew. Citrus zest, herbal, resinous earth, some pine and a light doughy malt in the background.
Moderate carbonation and lighter than medium body.
Nice brew, good flavor at approachable ABV.

Pours a slightly cloudy golden orange color with a pure white head. Not a lot of retention or lacing.
The aroma is a nice balance of sweet and bitter, with the piney notes coming forward at first, followed by some nice tropical fruit aromas. Lots of citrus here as well. On the back end there's some floral notes I can't quite put my finger on, but they are very pleasant. Very surprised at how much aroma is packed into this beer.
The flavor is incredibly well-balanced. I get lots of citrus notes up front; orange, pineapple, and grapefruit. Then come the grassy notes to add some bitterness. The taste ends with more citrus and just the slightest hint of bready malt.
The feel is medium-light bodied with relatively low carbonation. Very crisp and a bit dry.
Overall, a fantastic pale ale that caught me by surprise. When I sampled it at the brewery I was nearly blown away and I just had to get a growler. It's such a well-balanced beer that hits all the right notes that I want in a pale ale. The malt character could be a bit more prominent but everything else is extremely well done. Could drink this all day.
