On tap at the Local Taphouse.

Pours a pale golden colour, nice and musty and cloudy. Small bead is visible on the edge and head is white, small bubbles without much cling. Decent smaller beer look.

Smells enticing. Rubbery, earthy funk notes but a big musky, floral aroma as well providing light relief. Rose, green pepper and banana. Very pleasant.

Taste is definitely on the funky side. Notes of barnyard and rubber upfront that lighten off towards the back. Some yeasty character towards the back which is Belgian and earthy enough to be forgiven for standing alone. Yeah, unassuming and drinkable funk in a small package here. Pleasant.

Fair sedimenty feel with a fairly dry back texture to it. Not much presence as it goes down.

Nice grisette, well crafted. Impressive first brew showcasing a lot of craft and respect for style. Look forward to Shenanigans breaking out the crazy experimentation.
