Notes:
Crisp, juicy, and fragrant, Edge of Town is a mouthwatering Pale Ale highlighting Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops. Bright hop aroma and floral yeast character compliment the malt’s clean, subtle honey-like sweetness. “Summer is here, and the time is right for racin’ in the street.”

A: Pours a crystal clear medium golden amber in color with light to moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint golden yellow + honey highlights. The beer has a finger tall foamy white head that reduces to a large patch of thin film covering almost the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit, herbal, tropical/mango, and spicy hops over the top of lighter aromas of caramel + biscuit malts.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + caramel malts with a light amount of sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of citrus/grapefruit pith, tropical/mango, herbal, spicy, and pine hops (in descending order of strength) which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness which fades away pretty quickly.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp upfront.
O: Enjoyable, easy to drink, and refreshing. Well hidden alcohol and a nice approachable APA with an enjoyable hop profile.

Nice pale medium gold beer with a white head that leaves a bit of lacing on the glass. Nice moderate fruit and pine aroma with a sweetness that is almost reminiscent of a slightly unripe strawberry. The taste is pleasant and lightly sweet with a nice hoppy bite to balance the fruity flavors. This is a very nicely balanced APA.

Crystal clear yellow color with a small head. Peppery, earthy berry aromas and a little leafy herbalness. Oily, fruity hop flavor. Floral, tropical fruit brightness with an earthy edge. Light, easy-drinking feel. Pretty solid.
