Pours a hazy light orange, with fine, thick foam.

Smell is very citrusy with hints of pine and some chaly minerals. Slight tartness.

Taste is very soft and smooth. Slightly mineral, with plenty of juicy citrus.

Mouthfeel is medium with proper carbonation.

Overall, a very good IPA, with a chalky minerality that sets it apart a bit.

On tap at Mikkeller and Friends. Really pale color. Aroma is citric and astringent with unripe peach notes. Taste is dry, hoppy, milky, grassy with a light to medium hop bitterness. Light bodied and easy drinking.

Lovely, light, hazy yellow and a pungent fresh fruity smell. Lots of thin tropical and acidic orchard fruit. Lovely and refreshing but not too concentrated.

Enjoyed on tap in Lyon Bière Festival. Maybe the best IPA I've had on the festival.
Very fruity and floral. The malts are a lot on the biscuit. This beer is surprisingly dry and astringent. The dryness is well integrated with a nice carbonation

CAN
Hazy lemon-sunshine with steady white. 4
Grapefruit with flecks of flowers and papaya. 4.25
Thread of saltines, then lemon curd, apricot, lychee, yellow apple, and speckles of blueberry. 4.25
Soft, oily, halfway to medium. 4

Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic, HBC 344.

Bangin’ citrus, soft, and juicy, juicy, juicy. Sharpness of citrus wrestles with the oats. Mosaic comes out as it opens. Cloudwater’s expertise on New England on show. A sly one. 4.25

2nd tasting: Pineapple! Plus lawn clippings, honeydew rind, and lemon leaf. Juicy but with some jagged edges to the fruit.

Doesn’t specify the yeast on the (supercool peeloff) label, but got New England written all over it - Cloudwater, after all - and a good one at that.
