Had a pint of this on tap at the Baird Beer Harajuku Taproom in Harajuku, Tokyo. Pours out golden with a beautiful white head that leaves a trace of lace around the edges. The first thing I noticed was the scent of sour apples wavering off the brew... lovely and inviting, not overpowering. That leads nicely into the tasting which does not let you down... subtle notes of apple mixed with hops and maybe some other citrus. This brew was a bit bubbly for me, especially coming from the tap. It made me think I was drinking an apple champagne or something. However, it was a pleasant fruity beer that goes very well with fish or pork. Definitely try this if you are in Harajuku!
