Tiny kiosk in concourse C of the airport. As the day dragged on, the crowd grew. Lots of women and men stopped by. Had 7 of their beers on tap. Unfortunately, the beertender didn't know much about the beer she was serving but that's what BA is for I guess. Prices were insanely high though. Sue was $11 per 20oz glass and a 22oz bomber is $5.50 in the retail stores.

I'm not really even sure why this is listed on BA. Yes, there's a tiny little kiosk selling Yazoo beers - and that's totally welcome - but it is a tiny little kiosk. There's no food, and there's really not a lot of room. I guess it's good to know it's there though, because at least then you have some knowledge of your options; and these are popping up in other airports as well. Vibe? Really? Quality is about as good as you can get out of a True rolling fridge. Service... can be surprisingly limited given the limited amount of customers. Selection... surprisingly good given that we're talking about a tiny kiosk from one brewery.

This little standalone operation sits just past gate C-9 (post-TSA) among other shops.

Yazoo is a grade B brewery and has been a mainstay in Nashville for a dozen years or more. Their beers are drinkable with an occasional home run.

This is a nice place to have a brew while waiting on a flight (check their hours...they are not open all day). It's a clean, minimal station with sometimes-friendly pourers.

It has one one major stumbling block however: PRICE.

9.28 (with tax) for a pint of craft beer in a plastic cup is a joke (I paid $8 for Boulder and New Belgium at the *Denver airport*). Further, I was just here two months ago and was served in a Yazoo glass. Plastic I get--you can walk around with it, but for 9 bills and a bar seat? I should get some bit of enjoyment for breaking a twenty.

Offerings today:
Pale Ale
Dos Perros
Hefe
Hop project - I am drinking this now. It's decent and hoppy as advertised. Nice beer.
Gerst - I had this before--recommended.
Their Seasonal offering.

If you need a craft beer bad and don't mind the price, stop by this hometown brewery. If price is one of your tests though, make your way on to Tootsies. I saw a Lagunitus IPA sign there. I'll follow up next time and let you know.
