On tap. Poured a clear, golden color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of green apple, lemon and caramel. Tart lemon and sour apple taste with some sweet caramel.

A well balanced sour that reminds me of Peekskill's Simple Sour. The acidity on this guy is a little toned down, making a more drinkable beer, but it's got a tart kick. Otherwise it's bright lemon rind and grassy spice ahead of the citric hit at the end.
