Look: somewhat hazy pale yellow with a creamy froth that lingers for a fair amount of time. Consistent with the style.
Smell: Faint lemon and spices. Nothing much.
Feel: nice impression on the palate, soft and a bit creamy, with almost no bitterness at all. Aftertaste is a bit drab, though.
Overall: Good beer, even though not the best available, for sure. It's a surprise to see quite some beer varieties coming from a place relatively small, such as Mallorca. With it being a local beer, it's certainly worth checking it out while on holiday.

This beer is brewed in Belgium! It comes from the Huyghe Brewery in Melle. If you are looking for local beers in Mallorca this is one to avoid. It is very deceitful.
