Nice orange/copper color with one finger off-white creamy head. Poured into snifter. Active fine carbonation keeps the head going. Taste is biting, with cidery overtones, smell also hints at apples/cider. Inital taste was off-putting, but getting used to the nuances as it warms and I sip. Interesting beer.

A - Pours a light amber with three fingers of firm white head. This slowly recedes leaving some nice lacing. A small amount of visible carbonation.
S - Pear, sulphur, light herbal hops. Disappointing and only a small step above a macro lager.
T - Initially a delicate floral and pear flavour. Herbal hops start to move forward in the middle and last into the finish along with some butteryness. Subtle, but not very complex.
M - Really good. Creamy mouthfeel with light carbonation, which doesn't quite cut through it, but this isn't to the detriment of the beer.
D - Easy to drink. Fairly one-dimensional, but quaffable enough to catch you out.

Pours slightly hazy dark golden with thin and soft head with excellent retention, thick patchy lacing. Aroma is malt, slightly spicy yeast and wheat.
Taste is rather similar to aroma, malt, spicy yeast, tangy hoppy bitterness and notes of alcohol in the long lasting and warming aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium with moderate carbonation.
Good beer. Very drinkable with alcohol deceptively hidden.

Tasted & Mouthfeel : wide from the attack, generous and malty, with notes of ripe fruit, honey. The bitterness is revealed on the finish. Long and persistent.
