On tap at the brewery.

Clear straw gold color. Two fingers fine white head. Full lacing curtains and surface cap.
Grassy biscuit aroma.
Hay, mineral, bread, light citrus flavors.
Light body, crisp feel, dry finish, good carbonation. Hops are present but not intrusive.
Well done Pilsener.

12oz can poured into a snifter

A- pours clear golden color with a one-finger foamy white head that eventually leaves some lacing behind

S- toasted pilsner malt with fruity and citrusy hop undertones, saltine crackers, with a white wine note closing it out

T- toasted cracker malt and clean pilsner yeast, mid-palate brings out fruity hop undertones, adding citrus and berry notes. The finish brings out more white wine notes, as in the nose, before finishing clean and dry

M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a crisp dry finish, high drinkability

O- overall a solid pilsner that adds a bit more of a hop element than a standard pils

Poured a cloudy, straw-gold body with minimal head and lace ring. The aroma is less pils malt and more of a west coast IPA aroma of citric and soapy hops. Fuller body considering style and has a soapy, citric, dirty hoppiness that balances with a mild sweetness and is enjoyable.

It's always nice to find something from the tap other than a new IPA or sour. Pilseners are my favorite style and loads are available from the bottle but when you look around at the taps in many places they are usually stuffed full of IPA's. This is a very nice take on the style, dry and refreshing. I've had it several times now, quite enjoyable and great on a hot day. Nicely done from the local brewer, have one if your in the area!
