A sessionable IPA made with 100% Nelson Sauvin hops. This beer is 100% whirlpool hoped with strong flavors and aromatics of Sauvignon Blanc wine and mangos.

32 oz mini growler was poured into a can shaped pint glass.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a pale yellow color with some haziness and good vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Frothy lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Sauvignon grapes, pineapple, mango, and grassy hops followed by pilsner and pale malts. Some oak and banana notes in there too.
Taste: You pick up a lot of tropical flavor from the hops, some banana, oak, pilsner, and pale malts. Some chewiness and bitterness in the rear.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, crisp, refreshing, a little chewy, medium carbonation, and very enjoyable.
Overall: I like this beer so much, I'm going to get more.

Served in a tulip glass. Lots of spots and lace on the glass. The color of the broth is a cloudy, dirty amber.
Fresh grapefruit aroma from the hop.
This is a hop forward beer. The malt base hardly shows up. The hop is biting and nearly harsh. It creates a very long aftertaste. The body is neutral whole the carbonation is very high. Nearly extreme but falls just short. I say this is a good thing. Still, this is an overly hoppy IPA.

On tap. Poured a cloudy yellow hue. Small sample pour. Aroma wasn't too intense but it was dominated by my beloved Nelson Sauvin hops. Nelson brings such a distinct aroma and flavor to a beer. That Sauv Blanc and grassy aroma is what this beer preaches. The flavor was just a tick less pleasant than the nose but not by much. Nelson hops are white winey, grassy, tropically fruity and distinct. Unobtrusive pale malt. Light bodied. This brew doesn't fully reach its personal potential with me but its a tasty session IPA once the sample was done. Glad to have tried it.

Love the hops used here- quite resinous and bitter. Pleasantly crisp on the palate as well.

Exactly what you expect from a session, still hoppy but light and refreshing.
